Prosperity Bamboo offers a consulting and coaching path that aims to lead industries towards innovative productions, based on new materials obtained from the bamboo plant base. The program is developed through the following phases:

• pre-analysis
• feasibility study and prototyping
• industrialization
• production of the raw material

Pre-analysis

Against a bilateral confidentiality agreement, the Prosperity Bamboo Technical Scientific Committee (CTS) confronts the industry to fully understand its products, technical needs, quantities and any other specific needs

Feasibility study and prototyping

A “sample” article is identified on which to carry out a study that will define the phases and techniques to be used to achieve a bamboo-based production that meets the needs of the client industry.

The first prototyping phase is then started, contextually verifying the patentability of the solutions adopted.

Industrialization

Prosperity Bamboo defines, together with the industry, the process guidelines, the identification of machinery, the connections with the partners necessary to complete the supply chain, planning the production development program in all its aspects.

Production of the raw material

Autonomy in the procurement of raw materials is an important goal for an industrial world accustomed to depending on its suppliers.

Prosperity Bamboo builds and manages professional cultivation plants on behalf of the client industry, whose crops are intended to feed, partially or totally, the production flow of the industry itself.
